To be eligible, you must:
- be a Firefighters Credit Co-operative member
- be 18 years and over, and
- meet our credit assessment criteria.
Loan Requirements
- Minimum loan $150,000.00 or additional loans of $50,000.00
- maximum loan term 30 years
- Current Firefighters home loan products are not portable to this product.
